The Vineyard Gated Community in Redding is for senior residents 55 and over. This neighborhood includes single family detached homes in a very nice and unique setting in Redding. Two private lakes are the highlight of this community with walking trails that surround them on all sides. The Vineyard has fountains spraying from the center of the lakes and a center island with a large gazebo make this truly a picturesque spot.
